Cooking

Simply boiled: in a pot, cover potatoes with water and add salt—don’t stop until it tastes like seawater. Bring to a boil, and simmer until fork-tender. Drain and serve as is. Or, a little fancier: press each boiled potato until flat. Fry until golden—about 5 minutes per side. Add some flaky salt (or your preferred toppings) and rejoice.

Growing

Grown in New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont. We partner with regional organic farmers to support biodiversity above and below ground. Grown by Chicory Creek Farm, Juniper Hill, Norwich Meadows Farm, Pete's Greens and Red Hill Farms.

Storage

Store potatoes in a cool, dark place. Wash before use.
