Brand Education Regional Culinary Coordinator - Southern California

We’re seeking a highly organized, experienced Regional Coordinator to contribute to and support the multifaceted launch of Row 7’s line of branded organic vegetables. The Regional Coordinator’s primary role will be to support the Regional Manager in executing and managing a food demonstration and in-store experience program. You will be responsible for supporting all on-the-ground facets of the program, including networking, training, support for Row 7 Cooks, quality control, implementing a food and material distribution plan, and supporting the execution of an engaging and educational experience. The ideal candidate will have culinary experience, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to lead and inspire. Experience in teaching and team-building, especially in food & beverage events (and/or retail food demo experience), are valued.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support Regional Manager in managing a comprehensive plan for tasting and demonstration programs and in-store experiences at locations across assigned region
  • Act as on-site guide and trainer for Row 7 Culinary Team Members, providing in-the-moment oversight, feedback, and ongoing development.
  • Oversee communication channels for Row 7 Culinary Team Members, supporting information-sharing strategies and community
  • Contribute to and perform in-store tastings and demonstrations as needed throughout the 2024 season
  • Support Row 7 Culinary Team Members in program setup, breakdown, and logistics
  • Support Regional Manager in monitoring program progress, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments to ensure the success of each tasting and demonstration

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of culinary experience in restaurant/kitchen leadership role, culinary education position, and/or event production, or retail food sampling programs
  • Experience coordinating food production in commercial/commissary kitchens preferred
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

We’re seeking a highly organized, experienced Regional Coordinator to contribute to and support the multifaceted launch of Row 7’s line of branded organic vegetables. The Regional Coordinator’s primary role will be to support the Regional Manager in executing and managing a food demonstration and in-store experience program. You will be responsible for supporting all on-the-ground facets of the program, including networking, training, support for Row 7 Cooks, quality control, implementing a food and material distribution plan, and supporting the execution of an engaging and educational experience. The ideal candidate will have culinary experience, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to lead and inspire. Experience in teaching and team-building, especially in food & beverage events (and/or retail food demo experience), are valued.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support Regional Manager in managing a comprehensive plan for tasting and demonstration programs and in-store experiences at locations across assigned region
  • Act as on-site guide and trainer for Row 7 Culinary Team Members, providing in-the-moment oversight, feedback, and ongoing development.
  • Oversee communication channels for Row 7 Culinary Team Members, supporting information-sharing strategies and community
  • Contribute to and perform in-store tastings and demonstrations as needed throughout the 2024 season
