Sweet Garleek Soft Boiled Eggs

INGREDIENTS
Row 7 tinned Sweet Garleek
Eggs
Olive oil
Parsley
Flaky salt
Black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Boil eggs for 7 minutes, then peel and halve. Arrange the drained Garleek and eggs on a plate. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil from the tin, fresh parsley, black pepper, and flaky salt.
