Sweet Garleek Ricotta Toast

INGREDIENTS
Row 7 Tinned Sweet Garleek
Sourdough bread
Ricotta
Olive oil
Flaky salt
Black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Toast bread until dark golden. Season ricotta with salt and olive oil, then spread on the warm bread. Top with the Garleek, a drizzle of oil from the tin, and black pepper.
