INGREDIENTS
1 tin Row 7 Sweet Prince tomatoes
8 ounces burrata or mozzarella, drained
Fresh basil leaves
½ cup arugula
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Flaky sea salt
Black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Tear the burrata into 3-4 large, uneven pieces and arrange on a plate. Lay the arugula loosely on top. Spoon the Sweet Prince tomatoes over and around the cheese, then pour the oil and red wine vinegar from the tin generously over everything. Scatter the basil leaves and finish with lemon zest and flaky salt.
