SOURDOUGH BREAD
RICOTTA
OLIVE OIL
THYME
FLAKY SALT
DIRECTIONS
Toast bread until golden. Season ricotta with oil and salt, then spread onto the warm bread. Top with beets, a drizzle of oil from the tin, fresh thyme, and flaky salt.
