This is truly the most delicious cabbage I have ever tasted. Soft, succulent, powerfully flavorful -- especially when mixed with Leeks. My whole life I have loved cabbage, but this is the real cabbage. It is not hard like regular cabbage. This one is easily the most manageable cabbage to cut, cook and chew. The flavor is impressive. I use toasted sesame oil to lightly stir fry in a pan and make sure it is a little crunchy. You guys are geniuses...
