THE WORK
Relationship AlchemyÂ
- Develop and maintain partnerships with retail buyers and category managers at regional and independent retailers
- Lead customer meetings and presentations independently and alongside Sales Director
- Ensure accurate, timely onboarding and account setup for new partnerships
- Coordinate product placement, merchandising, and promotional activities that drive mutual success
Revenue with Purpose
- Maintain comprehensive CRM management and generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights comparing planned vs actual results

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Innovation Project Management
- Lead commercialization of our CPG line from concept to shelf â you'll wrangle cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to hit launch dates from concept to market
- Guide products through our stage-gate process with feasibility assessments and business cases that tell the real story, not just what executives want to hear

Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercialization
