The Marketing Copywriter and Content Manager for Row 7 will spearhead content creation across our seed, produce, and ready-to-eat portfolios—ensuring that our brand voice is consistent, engaging, and impactful. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Development
- Collaborate with the Row 7 marketing team to execute a cohesive content strategy that weaves our seed, produce, and ready-to-eat categories together.
- Research, create, and curate compelling content that highlights our community of plant breeders, farmers, chefs, and food enthusiasts
- Develop and maintain an annual editorial calendar aligned with product launches and key marketing initiatives
- Craft distinct yet interconnected storytelling approaches tailored to each category
- Produce engaging multimedia content, including deep dives, feature stories, and brand narratives
- Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance content strategy and audience engagement
Social Media Management
- Lead Row 7’s presence across social channels with platform-specific content
- Foster engagement through active community management and real-time interactions
- Cultivate relationships with food, agriculture, and sustainability influencers
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to expand reach and brand impact
Email & Website Content
- Create and optimize email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo to nurture and engage subscribers
- Develop high-impact campaigns that strengthen community engagement and drive sales
- Manage and update website content to enhance storytelling, education, and user experience
- Maintain community lists and oversee user-generated content
- Update website content, including product descriptions and seasonal changes
Marketing Collateral & Copywriting
- Craft compelling copy for seed catalogs, packaging, and marketing materials
- Develop messaging strategies tailored to different business portfolios while maintaining brand consistency

Produce Inspector - Northeast Region

Row 7 seeks a seasonal, part-time agricultural professional to join our supply chain team and ensure the highest-quality products are delivered to our customers. The Row 7 Produce Inspector will represent Row 7 with the highest level of integrity and respect to growers and other stakeholders in the supply chain. This crucial role will monitor produce quality on the farm, providing continual improvement to Row 7 team members. Key Responsibilities
Field Visits & Grower Support
- Conduct on-site, in-person visits to Row 7’s grower network to monitor crop progress and quality
- Report changes to crop supply outlooks based on field visits
- Review and reinforce Row 7’s cut-to-cool metrics with grower partners
- Provide feedback on produce specifications based on observations and grower/customer input
- Offer on-the-ground support to other East Coast Produce Inspectors as needed
Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution
- Perform post-harvest inspections during the pack and ship process to ensure produce meets Row 7 specifications
- Identify and communicate potential quality or timeline risks; contribute to problem-solving and mitigation strategies
- Assist in determining root causes of quality issues; complete detailed reports and track trends over time

Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to join Row 7’s finance team, where you will assist our finance leadership in optimizing financial processes and systems with a focus on accounts payable operations. Key Responsibilities
Invoice Processing
- Process vendor invoices and payment requests
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Enter and code invoices into Bill.com with appropriate general ledger allocations
- Track invoice approval status and follow up on pending approvals
Payment Management
- Prepare and process payment batches according to payment terms and cash flow requirements
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Process check requests and emergency payments when needed
Collections Management
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively identify past due accounts
- Implement established collection procedures for overdue accounts, including customer communication

Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Preferred Qualifications
