Retail Experience Regional Manager - Multiple Seasonal Roles

Full time


Remote

We're looking for team members who believe a great tasting experience can change the way people think about food, and who have the operational skills to ensure that happens at scale. Row 7 takes pride in our in-store demos, held on weekends during peak produce season. We recruit and train a team of chefs to prepare our vegetables on-site, offering tastes to shoppers while engaging them in conversations about our products and brand mission. The Regional Manager oversees this program across 100–150 retail grocery locations, responsible for bringing the overall strategy to life through strong project management, team hiring and leadership, and real-time problem-solving.

REPORTS TO Retail Experience Manager 


LOCATION AND WORK SCHEDULE 

  • Remote, with availability required during Central Time business hours
  • Seasonal employment: June 1 – November 30, 2026
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday during onboarding (June 1 – July 1); Thursday – Monday during program season to ensure weekend demo coverage
  • Anticipated 40 hours per week
  • 15% travel required to retail locations within assigned region

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 

Program Execution and Scheduling 

  • Execute the demo program across assigned region in alignment with established strategy and goals
  • Build and maintain weekly demo schedules to meet required store coverage and frequency targets
  • Manage day-of execution, including callouts, schedule changes, and last-minute adjustments
  • Maintain detailed store notes, including scheduling preferences, patterns, and past performance
  • Conduct regular in-store visits to observe and support demo execution


Team Hiring and People Operations

  • Recruit, interview, and hire Culinary Team Members (approximately 25 per region) and maintain full staffing throughout the season
  • Lead all onboarding and training, including payroll, setup, and program education, to ensure team readiness and consistency in execution
  • Communicate HR policies and expectations to the team; serve as the initial point of contact for personnel questions
  • Provide ongoing coaching and real-time feedback during demo shifts
  • Maintain HR logs and document performance, attendance, and any escalations
  • Manage end-of-season offboarding for all Culinary Team Members
  • Document and escalate any workplace incidents, including injuries or equipment issues, in accordance with company policy


Live Operations Management

  • Monitor demos in real time and act as the primary point of contact for team members during shifts
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise, supporting team members to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure demos are delivered in accordance with brand standards and expectations


Program Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Review demo photos, surveys, and team feedback following each weekend of demos
  • Recap weekly program performance, highlighting wins and areas for improvement
  • Identify patterns in product performance and flag issues to leadership as needed


Administrative Responsibilities

  • Approve and audit weekly Culinary Team Member timecards and payroll, making corrections as needed
  • Maintain accurate records across scheduling tools, communications, and team documentation


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE 

  • 5+ years of experience in food & beverage event production, retail food sampling, or hospitality operations
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, and manage hourly teams
  • Experience with HR documentation, performance management, and seasonal staffing cycles
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move demonstration equipment up to 50 pounds throughout a shift


DETAILS 

  • This is an exempt, seasonal role running June 1 – November 30, 2026. The anticipated annualized salary range is $70,000 – $75,000

CPG Supply Chain Coordinator

Row 7 is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator who can keep complex operations running smoothly — someone who is equally comfortable negotiating with a supplier, troubleshooting a co-packer issue, and maintaining the systems that keep production on track. This role sits at the center of Row 7's CPG and produce operations, connecting ingredient sourcing, logistics, production coordination, and data management into a coherent whole. This is a role for someone who is energized by detail work and thrives in a fast-moving operational environment.

LOCATION

  • Remote role 
  • Travel to the Row 7 offices, co-packer facilities, supplier locations, and warehouse sites as business needs require (20%)


REPORTS TO

  • CPG Supply Chain Director


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Ingredient Sourcing & Procurement

  • Coordinate sourcing of ingredients for CPG production across all product lines; manage supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and specifications
  • Monitor ingredient inventory levels, proactively identify supply risks, and coordinate reorders aligned to production schedule 
  • Track work-in-progress ingredient production and analyze yield actuals against plan
  • Partner with produce supply chain team to integrate dedicated CPG production needs with crop plans
  • Reconcile Row 7 inventory with partner-reported inventory monthly

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain ERP system with accurate data across order management, production records, and physical inventory
  • Provide supply chain inputs to support month-end close
  • Build and maintain internal tools and trackers to support operational scaling
  • Track cross-functional deliverables and ensure teams receive the info they need to stay on schedule
  • Track raw material and packaging inventory and reconcile R7 inventory with partner-reported inventory monthly
  • Manage invoicing and payment processing in coordination with the finance team

Co-Packer & Production Coordination

  • Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for co-packers; communicate production schedules and ingredient deliveries, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Coordinate sample shipments and product transfers
  • Track and document co-packer performance metrics


SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

  • Experience in supply chain operations, along with food manufacturing or CPG operations
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office/G-Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, proactive communicator comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with co-packer operations and production processes
  • Background in agricultural or seasonal product supply chains
  • Comfort building process and structure in a growing organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience

Customer Marketing Manager

Row 7 is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our brand story and retail shelves. This is a hands-on, execution role for a team member who is energized by being in the store, collaborating with retailers, activating promotions, and ensuring every retail touchpoint reflects the quality and care we put into our products. The right candidate will be equally comfortable pulling together a retailer sell-in deck, optimizing paid media plans, and being on-site for store activations.

REPORTS TO: Row 7 President

LOCATION: Remote with up to 30% travel to retail partners

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Shopper Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own the annual customer marketing strategy, identifying key moments, accounts, and shopper audiences to prioritize
  • Build retailer-specific marketing plans that ladder up to brand goals and align with each account's promotional and marketing calendar
  • Translate Row 7's brand positioning and product stories into compelling, shopper-relevant messaging for the retail environment
  • Bring a shopper mindset to internal conversations, advocating for how and why the shopper makes decisions at the shelf


Retail Marketing Programs & Activation

  • Develop and manage retailer co-marketing programs, including digital and print media, in-store signage, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments
  • Own the customer marketing budget and activation calendar, tracking spend against plan and reporting on program performance
  • Manage the asset and approval process with retail partners, ensuring programs go live on time and on brand
  • Measure program effectiveness using available data (syndicated data, retailer POS, retail media metrics) and translate results into actionable learnings


Retail Media & Digital Shelf

  • Lead Row 7's retail media strategy across key accounts and platforms (Instacart, retailer e-commerce, sponsored placements)
  • Ensure Row 7's digital shelf presence (images, copy, and content) is accurate, optimized, and consistent across all retail accounts
  • Monitor digital availability and surface content gaps or issues to the appropriate teams


Brand-to-Shelf Content & Assets

  • Develop the full suite of shopper-facing materials in collaboration with sales team: shelf signage, packaging callouts, seasonal POS, and on-shelf storytelling 
  • Ensure brand creative is adapted appropriately for retail contexts without losing what makes Row 7 distinctive
  • Build and maintain a library of current, on-brand retail assets that the sales team can deploy efficiently


Sales Partnership & Category Storytelling

  • Partner with the sales team to build category and brand narratives that earn shelf space and marketing support from buyers
  • Develop compelling sell-in materials grounded in shopper data and brand strategy, including brand decks, new items presentations, and category stories
  • Serve as the marketing voice in key account conversations, helping sales articulate Row 7's retail marketing vision


SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

  • 3-5 years of experience in shopper marketing, customer marketing, or retail marketing in food or CPG; natural or specialty food experience strongly preferred
  • A strong understanding of the grocery retail landscape and how shoppers engage with products in a produce or perishables environment
  • Experience developing retailer marketing programs and co-marketing activations with major grocery accounts 
  • Comfort using retail media metrics to inform strategy and tell compelling stories — you don't need to be an analyst, but you know how to use data
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and measuring ROI on programs
  • A strong creative eye and the ability to brief, guide, and evaluate marketing assets — you know what good looks like on shelf
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and PowerPoint; familiarity with Instacart Ads, retailer media platforms, or digital shelf tools is a plus

Culinary Demonstrations

  • Inspire and educate shoppers about the Row 7 brand, vegetable varieties, and tinned vegetable products sharing key culinary and flavor details
  • Prepare, cook, and serve tastings of Row 7 tinned vegetables to shoppers, ensuring that the experience reflects Row 7's culinary excellence
  • Engage with shoppers on how to prepare Row 7 ready-to-eat products at home and answer questions shoppers may have about Row 7 ready-to-eat products and produce 
  • Set up inviting product demonstration displays, utilizing Row 7 resources and materials
  • Adhere to culinary kit maintenance, inventory, and accountability protocols

Merchandising & Retail Partnerships

  • Manage Row 7 brand materials (delivered to your home) and work with retail store teams to effectively merchandise products
