Sweet Garleek Grilled Cheese

INGREDIENTS
Row 7 Tinned Sweet Garleek
Sourdough bread
Butter
Dijon
Gruyere or cheddar
Flaky salt
DIRECTIONS
Butter the outside of the bread and spread mustard on the inside.
Sandwich the Sweet Garleek between two layers of cheese. Pan-fry over medium-low heat until golden, then finish with flaky salt.
